We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your item, subject to the terms below.
Returns
Returns must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order separately once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
