Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or missing:

Please allow a few extra days for delivery during peak periods or weather disruptions.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. We’ll evaluate and make it right.
